Installation Tip:
✅ Before Installation:
- Always inspect the flywheel and pressure plate for wear or damage. Replace if scoring or warping is present.
- Lubricate the input shaft splines lightly with recommended Molykote grease (do not over-lubricate).
✅ During Assembly:
- Use a clutch alignment tool to center the INN.CLUTCH DISC between the flywheel and pressure plate.
- Tighten pressure plate bolts gradually in a crisscross pattern to ensure even clamping force.
✅ After Installation:
- Perform 5–10 gentle engagement cycles before full-load operation to allow proper bedding-in.
- Avoid aggressive starts during the first 300 km (200 miles).
