Installation Tip:
✅ Before Installation:
- Inspect the output shaft and splines for wear, burrs, or corrosion. Clean thoroughly before mounting the flange.
- Check the condition of the oil seal — replace if cracked or leaking to prevent future fluid loss.
✅ During Assembly:
- Align the splines carefully when sliding the flange onto the output shaft — never force it.
- Use new high-tensile bolts (M14) and tighten in a star pattern to ensure even load distribution.
- Recommended torque: 180–200 Nm (refer to vehicle-specific workshop manual).
✅ After Installation:
- Visually inspect for clearance between flange and driveshaft yoke. Ensure no binding occurs during rotation.
- Start engine and check for vibrations or unusual noises under low load.
